Ruthie Rue is walking a journey; She has heartworms, heart disease, an enlarged heart with a significant enlargement in the Pulmonary Artery, and a tumor on her left side that will need monitoring and eventually need to be removed. She is doing great through treatment, and we expect her to make a full recovery!
She will have to undergo heartworm treatment that will cost about $800. She'll need to be kept on heart medication the rest of her life, and after heartworm treatment the tumor will need to be removed as well as her spay. Tumor removal with spay will cost approximately $500.
